All items for collection/ delivery must have a FULL POSTAL ADDRESS AND POSTAL CODE.

Parcels or pallets should be weighed and measured before contacting our company so the correct vehicle is despatched.

WE DO NOT CARRY hazardous, flammable good or livestock.

WE DO NOT OVERLOAD or overhang goods in our vehicles.

Our drivers take a lot of care when delivering and appreciate the value of your goods and equipment and therefore we do not except responsibility for damage/loss of goods in transit where there is insufficient packaging or proof of damage. i.e. the box is damaged, then only if notified at the time of delivery.

We accept responsibility for consequential loss/damage up to the value of the carriage charged. Under no circumstances do we accept any other liability under this heading whether direct or indirect.

All items are insured up to 10,000 loss/damage; however it is in the customer’s best interest to cover their own goods in transit.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or problems beyond our control, then only up to the carriage charged.

Proof of delivery is obtained at all times and in the case of deliveries outside of office hours it is important that we have a positive delivery acceptance.

Any deliveries that are requested to be made with out obtaining a proof of delivery are not insured.

All work is invoiced on a strict 30 days payment period, longer if agreed, any disputes are to be raised during this period.

Late payments will be charged at 1% above the HSBC bank rate.
